Where can I buy from Moonlight Liaisons?:
We sell here on this website exclusively.

Shipping:
We use Auspost to ship out all of our orders, using standard post (red bags). Below is the current price which is set by Auspost. We are currently offering free shipping with purchases over $200 in a single transaction.

Can I get a Tracking Number?:
Absolutely! You will be emailed your tracking number once it has been dropped off at the Post Office.

Gift Wrapping:
We currently do not offer gift wrapping as we believe that Moonlight Liaisons packaging is already gift worthy. However, if it is for a gift, we would absolutely love to pass along a special note that you’ve written to your beloved one.

What do I do if something arrives broken or if there’s an issue?
Please get in contact with Moonlight Liaisons within 72 hours. All packages are tracked in house therefore we will have expected you to have reached out within that timeframe. Unfortunately, we cannot help you outside of those 72 hours. Upon contacting Moonlight Liaisons please include your order number, the issue and photos as evidence.

Refund/ Exchange Policy:
We do not offer refunds or exchange for any change of mind. If in doubt about anything, please don’t hesitate to contact us for more information. You also have the option of regifting to a friend. If something is broken, then please contact us within 72 hours and we will go from there.

Product Contraindications:
We do not recommend pregnant people use Moonlight Liaisons Foot Soak. However, you, your Midwife, Doula and pre-natal care advisors know best, and we advise seeking the relevant information for your and bubs safety. We want unborn lil’ ones, recently born lil’ ones and you mama’s to-be to be as safe as possible and essential oils can have adverse effects and reactions.

Moonlight Liaisons makes no medical or therapeutic claims in using this product. We advise researching and/or talking to a health professional/ seeking professional advice by the relevant authorities before making a purchase with anything containing essential oils.

Minors:
We do not encourage humans under 18 to be using this website and/ or making any purchases. We encourage all parents to monitor their children’s Internet usage. Please contact us if you believe a minor has made an unauthorised purchase.
